At Evolution Hospitality Institute, we offer a range of qualifications from Certificate II / III to Advanced Diploma, additionally we offer short course workshops in RSA/ RCG and Food Safety Supervisor. For more detailed information on the full range please View our Courses we have to offer.

Study in Australia

Sydney is one of the most loved coastal cities in Australia. With a harbour foreshore that sparkles like no other, Sydney offers a vibrant and cosmopolitan lifestyle lots of entertainment, festivals, shopping and sightseeing along with a beauty and elegance that is hard to describe.
Sydney offers a great climate and modern buzz, all of which provides the ultimate study destination. Sydney is famous for our pristine beaches, key landmarks and attractions galore, there is always plenty of things to do, from sightseeing, al fresco dining, to fun in the sand and surf at one of Sydney’s idyllic beaches.
The warmest months of December to February have an average maximum temperature of 26°C. Being close to the ocean, hot days are often tempered by cooling sea breezes and evening temperatures are perfect for relaxed outdoor socialising. June to August are the coolest months, with daytime temperatures rarely falling below 7°C. Even on mid-winter days with their bright blue, wide open skies, an overcoat is not necessary in Sydney.
For those who love to be close to nature the access to these areas are only a hop, skip and a jump away; from stunning beaches to national parks and open space from as little as 20 minutes away from the city CBD.

Our Industry Work Placement team can assist in coaching students to develop a Resume and Cover Letter template that will present you as a key candidate of interest. We can also assist to support you with: –

Your development and growth through the course should assist you to get to the next stage of the selection process when applying for a job in industry, securing an interview is the best chance to demonstrate your skills and professional aptitude.
2. Student Counselling and Welfare
Free and confidential counselling is available on campus for all currently enrolled Evolution Hospitality students.

3. Pathway Programs
Enhance your learning experience and take advantage of building on your opening qualification by adding further higher level of qualifications. This opens further opportunity to greater career prospects with broader knowledge and skill sets having been acquired.
Evolution Hospitality Institute only employs Trainers and Assessors that are highly skilled in their craft and have current industry experience. Our Trainers and Assessors primary goal is to work with our students to achieve their individual goals. Trainers and Assessors welcome your questions and will work with you to support your enquiry.
4. Accepting your Enrolment Offer
Congratulations! You’ve received a Letter of Offer and Acceptance Agreement to study at Evolution Hospitality Institute.
Review the Letter of Offer in its entirety, if you have any questions please contact our Enrolment Department for clarification or advice. Confirmation and Acceptance of placement to the course is recommended as soon as possible post receiving the offer to ensure your place is reserved.
5. Orientation
As an enrolling student at Evolution, you will be required to attend an orientation session as part of the course commencement. Its purpose is to fully inform new students about life at the institute.
During the orientation, we will introduce key staff personnel, offer a tour of the facilities provide information on safety, security, your academic progress and further study options.
6. Diversity and Inclusion
Evolution Hospitality Institute takes a proactive approach in assisting students to participate fully in their program of study by minimising the impact of a disability or disadvantage of learning. Students needing support must register before services can be provided. The registration allows Evolution to: –

- Ensure confidentiality and privacy.
During the study life cycle of a student Evolution Hospitality encourages the student community to take part in hosted events. These are designed to support inclusivity within the college and provide networking opportunities not only amongst the student community but with industry as well. As an example:

Enrolling students will also be given access to WIFI and have their nominated Laptop device set up of school access and use by our IT Department.
