This term, Café on 3 is running two days a week! Hospitality students sell a range of sweet & savory items, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. They also practice their service skills by taking orders and waiting tables. So far, we have raised $721.70 in support of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT!!!

Last term, the weekly pop-up ‘Café on 3’ was run by some of our Hospitality and English students in support of the Starlight Children’s Foundation again. Café on 3 raised a total of $1,060.09, which was kindly matched by our CEO Stuart Page and COO Bubpa Page, making the total $2,120.18. Evolution Hospitality Institute then covered the difference to raise the total to $3,000!!!

Last week, our Head of Operations, Geoff Gunton, and our Customer Service Team Leader, Brenda Bender, went to the Starlight Day hub outside the QVB to donate the $3,000! Starlight was thrilled by our donation and presented us with a certificate of appreciation.

We’d like to say a big THANK YOU to the Hospitality and English students who ran the café, to their trainer Patrea who supervised them and to everyone who donated to this great cause. Well done students, you did such a great job!
