Evolution is very proud to announce that one of our Domestic Trainees from Albury, NSW (Lauren Mills) who recently completed her Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality with us was put forward to an industry Partner in the USA for an International Internship with an exclusive country club – Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club (Florida) https://www.frenchmanscreek.com/ . Lauren had to present to the recruitment board and through her personal and professional growth that she has attained through her training and that acquired on the job was able to secure herself an opportunity of a lifetime of the 12-month paid internship. The exposure and further growth opportunity that Lauren has invested in her career progression will no doubt see her have a very bright future ahead. Join us in congratulating our 9 Category Winners from the 2017 Industry Skills Challenge, this being the biggest annual challenge to date. The day flowed like the clockwork of a well-oiled machine. The buzz within the campus was running on high and the students were filled with anticipation of the challenges ahead. All competitors rose to the challenges set before them and it allowed our Agents to see the true journey of our students.
