Certificate II in Kitchen Operations

The Certificate II in Kitchen Operations focuses on the basics of cooking which takes students from knife sharpening and precision cutting to a la carte, functions and set menu cooking.

The program provides the core foundation knowledge and skills for an entry level role in a kitchen environment as a kitchen  hand, line cook, catering assistant and can be partnered with a pathway to Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie or Asian Cookery.

Certificate III in Catering Operations

The Certificate III in Catering Operations offers learners a practical and theoretical experience.

The program has been designed to build confident skill sets across both front and back of house tasks and responsibilities in the catering arena.

These skills, fostered and supported with a professionally sculptured aptitude for the industry, will ensure learners have acquired the key elements to pursue successful opportunities in roles such as cooks, catering assistant, cafe operator,  retail food outlet operator and much more.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Our program provides learners with the foundation knowledge and skills through a study plan that offers a broad range of subjects whilst ensuring an engaging practical experience. Learners will be groomed and supported to be work force ready.

Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

This qualification pathway provides learners with the skills and knowledge to be a qualified chef in a team leader or supervisory capacity.

The program will broaden practical skill sets and add a depth of working administration knowledge for more senior roles. Focus is in given to developing key skills in the areas of developing menus for special dietary needs, staff management, co-ordinate daily kitchen production operations and financial management of production costs.

Diploma of Hospitality Management

The Diploma in Hospitality Management has been designed specifically for students wishing to gain skills and knowledge to manage or in the future own their own hospitality business.
