Certificate III in Asian Cookery provides learners with the foundation knowledge and skills through a study plan that offers a broad range of units which encompasses a diverse range practical experiences across the Asian regions. Learners will be groomed and supported to be work force ready.
Graduates will have the ability to work in a range of kitchens in either traditional Asian and or Fusion cusine environments with confidence and a level of professionalism that will lead to a fruitful career.
