Our cuisine programs are hands on, engaging and insightful. Evolution offers culinary courses in:
- Commercial Cookery (Western Cuisine encompassing traditional, contemporary and modern dishes)
- Asian Cookery
Learners will be groomed and supported to be work force ready. Graduates will have the ability to work in a range of kitchens in either traditional Asian and or Fusion cuisine environments with confidence and a level of professionalism that will lead to a fruitful career.
Focus is in given to developing key skills in the areas of developing menus for special dietary needs, staff management, co-ordinate daily kitchen production operations and financial management of production costs.
The program will provide and build on underpinning knowledge and work experience to successfully undertake their desired job in the hospitality sector, domestically and internationally.
The program reflects the role of highly skilled operators who use a broad range of well-developed hospitality skills in conjunction with management skills to co-ordinate the operations of the industry effectively.
This qualification reflects outcomes of highly skilled senior managers who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with specialised managerial and business skills and substantial knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations.
