The very first kitchen class
Patisserie class (July 09 intake) had their very first practical class at Willoughby campus on 15/07/09. Although students were not familiar with industry kitchens yet, they were all excited. Trainer helped his students how to wear chef uniforms properly. We do trust that they will be professional chefs very soon!
