About Us
Evolution Hospitality Institute (EHI) is a professional hospitality training company established in 2005.  The company is fully Australian owned and operated; consisting of three Directors who oversee the daily operations.  All three are industry professionals, former chefs and restaurant owners with a raft of industry awards and accolades between them.
 
EHI is currently training students in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie and Hospitality Management.  Other courses include RSA, Food Safety and Food safety for Supervisors

Evolution Hospitality Institute (EHI) is fortunate to have a great range of professional chefs available to teach the short course classes.  All chefs are trade professionals with accredited training qualifications and many years of experience. 
 
With such an experienced team of trainers employed and great training locations, it is the perfect opportunity to offer cooking classes to the public looking to have fun broadening their skills in a great learning environment.
 
 
Evolution Hospitality Institute can tailor corporate and/or team building classes to suit any needs.  Ranging from themed events to cooking challenges to professional master classes.  Our events focus on a fun and relaxed environment where everyone has the opportunity to join and work together for a great day!
Creating a gourmet dinner at home doesn't have to cost a fortune or take all day.  Learn great tips from a professional chef to create  delicious, cost-effective meals from your cupboard and supermarket.  We will show you creative ideas to produce meals in a quick and sophisticated way.  You will also learn to experiment with different recipes and variations on your favourites.  You're only limited by your imagination when cooking, so come and master some new skills in a morning of great food and company.

Impress your friends with a high tea afternoon as stylish as the Ritz Carlton.  In one fun lesson, you will learn to cook and present everything you need for a glamorous afternoon, plus tips on high tea etiquette.  Learn from a professional chef how to organise and prepare your own catering with classic canapes, delicate sandwiches, fluffy scones and delicious petit fours.  Sit down and enjoy your delightful creations with a glass of bubbly to finish.

Beginners Kitchen
The perfect opportunity to kick start your kitchen skills.  Learn to use knives and kitchen equipment with confidence, and follow recipes to create simple, classic dishes that are easy to recreate at home.  In a fun and relaxed atmosphere you will learn a variety of tips and techniques to put together some great dishes with ease!
 
Price: $70 per person
 
Get ready to cook up a storm in this class!  Learn tips and techniques that make cooking both red and white meat easy.  we cover cooking methods, cuts of meat, game meats, plus much more.  Our experienced chef will also cover marinades and accompaniments, plus lots of tips for serving the perfect roast or sizzling barbeque.
 
Price: $80 per person

Session Details
'High-Tea Essentials' run for a duration of 4 hours and all other classes run for a duration of 3.
All classes are completely 'hands on. 
All students sit down to a relaxing and delicious meal at the end of the class, with a glass of wine and the opportuntity to chat more with the chef.

Numbers
The price quoted per person. We operate with a maximum of 16 people in the class and a minimum of 10.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be contacted in advance by e-mail to offer an alternative date for the class.
