Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery) SIT30807
This is designed as a full time non-trade course. On successfully completing this course, you will be issued a Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery). The course has both practical training within a commercial kitchen and theoretical classes in one of Evolutions training facilities. You would be required to attend a period of three days minimum per week for one year. After completing the course you will have the knowledge and skills required to work in a commercial kitchen.

Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) SIT31107
This is designed as a full time non-trade course. On successfully completing this course, you will be issued a Certificate III in Hospitality (patisserie). The course has both practical training within a commercial kitchen and theoretical classes in one of Evolutions training facilities. You would be required to attend a period of three days minimum per week for one year. Upon successful completion of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills required to gain employment in hotels, restaurants, hospitals or any commercial catering establishment.

Diploma of Hospitality SIT50307
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a Manager in any hospitality functional area. Individuals who have completed this course possess a sound theoretical and practical knowledge base and are able to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan. carry out and evaluate their own and/or the work of their team.
