Kitchen Basics
Kitchen Basics will introduce you to the basic skills and knowledge required to enter a kitchen. You will receive practical training in a commercial kitchen by qualified and competent chefs and trainers.

Skills Training (ACCESS)
Skills Training is an Australian Apprenticeships Access Programme and is open to eligible Australian residents who are registered with Centrelink.  The programme provides the opportunity to train in a well equipped environment whilst work towards gaining an apprenticeship or traineeship within the hospitality industry under the supervision of industry professionals.  What a fantastic opportunity to enter into a dynamic and fast paced industry!  Future opportunities exist for those who want them.

Skills for Schools
This course consists of practical training in a commercial kitchen and theoretical classes in one of Evolutions training facilities. Students will be required to attend and participate in practical skills lessons where the skills for the kitchen will be taught.  Skills training will introduce you to the basic skills and knowledge required for you to successfully understand the requirements within the realm of a kitchen. You will receive practical training in a commercial kitchen by qualified and competent chefs and trainers.

Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery) SIT30807
This is designed as a full time non-trade course.  On successfully completing this course, you will be issued a Certificate III in Hospitality (commercial cookery). The course has both practical training within a commercial kitchen and theoretical classes in one of Evolutions training facilities.  You would be required to attend a period of three days minimum per week for one year. After completing the course you will have the knowledge and skills required to work in a commercial kitchen.

Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) SIT31107
This is designed as a full time non-trade course. On successfully completing this course, you will be issued a Certificate III in Hospitality (patisserie). The course has both practical training within a commercial kitchen and theoretical classes in one of Evolutions training facilities. You would be required to attend a period of three days minimum per week for one year. Upon successful completion of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills required to gain employment in hotels, restaurants, hospitals or any commercial catering establishment.

Diploma of Hospitality SIT50307
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a Manager in any hospitality functional area.  Individuals who have completed this course possess a sound theoretical and practical knowledge base and are able to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan. carry out and evaluate their own and/or the work of their team.
