Q. What makes Evolution training different to other private colleges?
At evolution we look at working hand in hand with the industry. Many private providers have courses that are based on what they can teach in a classroom. Our goal is to give the training to students in areas the industry requires e.g. Many business would like new recruits to have a knowledge and skills on how to make basic financial transactions. You need to be able to get a student to practically demonstrate and learn on actual equipment, not solely from a book or class room environment.

Q. How often will you run your courses?
Courses at Evolution will generally run to a timetable in order to accomodate course and client requirements. If a client requires training outside the normal timetabled course structure, then provided there are enough other willing participants, Evolution will endeavour to accomodate the request .

If you have a preference for study location or times, be sure to write them in order of prefernce on your enrolment form. While we mkae every endevour to place students in their desired timetable and location, pleacements are made on a first-come first-served basis and locations may be limited due to course limitations.

Q. What sort of people are you looking at training?
We will be developing course that meet the needs of many different areas including but not limited to�sole parents, unemployed, short cookery courses for school teachers, Year 11 and 12 students that want to learn cookery and continue on in the industry, and full time one year courses in Hospitality (commercial cookery & patisserie) for industry, as well as courses for Internataional Students.

Q. Where do you intend to offer your training?
We have training facilities throughout Sydney, see our locations for addreses and maps. These sites have full training kitchens and facilities. They have been designed as commercial kitchens with seperate training rooms, so all our students will be trained with us on site.
