Evolution Hospitality Institute is a registered Training Organisation in the hospitality arena. Our registration reaches out to the international student market as the institute gained its CRICOS accreditation in 2007. The Institute specialises in the training of Cooks and Pastry Cooks, with other specialised areas being developed all the time.
Evolution Hospitality Institute prepares students for the world of the 21st century in a multicultural educational environment that is warm, friendly and exciting. we aim to provide high quality courses that are relevant to student and industry needs. We believe that education is the key to unlocking human potential and aim to assist all our students in developing themselves both personally and vocationally. Evolution Hospitality Institute believes in a holistic approach to education. We offer students the opportunity to develop their potential through their educational experiences at our institute.
Throughout Evolution the emphasis is to achieve the objectives by comitment and team spirit. While supporting the directors, teaching staff and administrators can discuss, evaluate the systems and procedures to design, develop and implement teaching and learning curriculum to maintain and exceed the levels and goals set out.

Future Vision
Evolution intends to make its mark around Australia as it actively participates with industry at all levels in providing top level training facilities and courses. We will continue to train Chefs with real world skills, knowledge and experience, work with employees to grow apprentices in the workplace as weel as prepare students for the furtherstudy and industry employment through our intense Hospitality Courses.
We intend to grow each year and include other states with training centres and colleges. Our new training facilities wil be 'state-of-the-art' but the focus will be very much on our training and attaining the right trainers and assessors is the most important area within the company. If we have the correct personnel in place for training we will get the results that not only produce qualified students, but students that industry will be looking for.
As Evolution focuses and develops itself as a leading private training organisation, we will continue to build relationships with links to both employers and employees of the industry, and focusing on the steps required to continually evolve with industry needs and surpass standards of excellence that the industry sets.

Stuart A Page

An experienced International chef, Stuart has travelled and worked throughout Asia and the Pacific. His work provided him with the experience of opening hotels as Executive Chef. Since returning to Australia in 1994, Stuart has found himself reviewing and re-organising the systems of many establishments in Sydney. In 2003, Stuart commenced as a Hospitality trainer teaching Commercial cookery and Asian cookery. In 2009 Stuart received a National Tourism Legends Award from Tourism Training Australia.
Andrew (Bear) Christie

Hailing from Tasmania Andrew has honed his cooking skills through the Australian colleges and achieved many successes in the hotel and catering industry. Andrew’s strong training has allowed him to develop into a true professional holding to the belief that success comes from a good learning base and hard work. Andrew has been involved in the set up and running of several Commercial Cookery colleges which continue to enjoy success today.
Pascal Massa

Of French and Italian origins, Pascal has spent many years owning and operating restaurants in Sydney. After many years of this, Pascal branched out into the training field working with high schools, teaching and setting up courses for years 10, 11, & 12 in Hospitality and Food technology. He also branched out into Vocational Educational Training working as a trainer and assessor for on site traineeships and RTO’s.
