Evolution Hospitality Institute manages complaints and appeals in a transparent manner which enables learners to be informed of, and to understand their rights and obligations and EHI’s responsibilities in relation to complaints and appeals under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (the Standards) the ESOS Act and associated legislations. Evolution Hospitality Institute’s primary focus is in delivering excellence in Vocational Education and Training. To assist us in improving our training programs it is important we receive feedback from our participants and stakeholders. The questions asked are designed to give us sufficient feedback to make improvements in the areas of customer’s service, marketing and the learning experience of future courses.
