Course Overview
Certificate III in Hospitality provides learners with the core foundation skills and knowledge to enter into a broad range of employment opportunities in the hospitality sector. The qualification in hospitality is targeted to Hotel and Restaurant employment outcomes in our campus delivery program, though this can be tailored to meet specialisation in Accommodation, Gaming etc… 
The study program offers an inclusive engaging and interactive learning outcome which could lead to strong outcomes in roles such as; function and banquet staff, hotel reception, bar tender, waitstaff and many more opportunities. 
Entry Requirement
International Students: All international students must be a minimum of 18 years of age and meet the standard entry level for international students of either:
  • English Proficiency 5.5 with no band score below 5
  • 18 years+
Domestic Students: Recommended Year 10 or equivalent in the Australia education system.

Course Duration
This course has a duration of up to 9 months (Part Time) for campus based program delivery.
Work Placement
It is a requirement that whilst undertaking this course you have access to a workplace through either paid or unpaid work employment for a minimum of 3 months (1 term). 
This will allow you to practise what you have learnt and increase your experience working with others in this field. It is compulsory and applies against the completion of a unit or Units of Competency that form part of your full qualification.

Students have the option of sourcing their own relevant employment or alternatively can apply for an Internship with Evolution Employment Network.
