Course Overview
Our program provides learners with the foundation knowledge and skills through a study plan that offers a broad range of subjects whilst ensuring an engaging practical experience. Learners will be groomed and supported to be work force ready. 
Our teaching staff are current industry professionals, with real working knowledge across a diverse range of industry enteprises, bringing their skillsets and  knowledge of current trends to the classroom. 
Graduates will have the ability to work in a range of kitchens in industry with confidence and a level of professionalism that will lead to a fruitful career. 
Entry Requirement
International Students: All international students must be a minimum of 18 years of age and meet the standard entry level for international students of either:
  • English Proficiency 5.5 with no band score below 5.
  • 18 Years+.
Domestic Students: Year 10 or equivalent in the Australia education system.

Course Duration
The Course Duration is 15 months (Part Time)  for campus based program delivery.
Work Placement
It is a requirement that whilst undertaking this course you have access to a workplace through either paid or unpaid work employment for a minimum of 6 months (2 terms). 
This will allow you to practise what you have learnt and increase your experience working with others in this field. It is compulsory and applies against the completion of a unit or Units of Competency that form part of your full qualification.

Students have the option of sourcing their own relevant employment or alternatively can apply for an Internship with Evolution Employment Network.
